Finding & Accessing Your Tickets

Where your tickets live, how to open them at the door, and why you don’t need an account (and what one adds if you create one).

The moment your purchase goes through, your tickets are emailed to the address you used at checkout — each ticket carries its own QR code, which is all the door needs. There’s nothing to print; your phone is your ticket. If the email isn’t in your inbox within a few minutes, check spam and promotions, and make sure you’re looking at the address you paid with.

Three ways to open your ticket

Any of these works at the door:

  1. 1Open the confirmation email and tap “View tickets” to show the live QR code
  2. 2Add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so it’s one swipe away offline
  3. 3Enter your email in “Find My Tickets” on the contact page and we’ll resend them instantly — no password needed

Do I need an account?

No account required. You can buy, receive, and use tickets with just your email. Creating a free account simply keeps every ticket in one place, lets you message organizers and track their replies, transfer tickets in a tap, and re-download passes anytime — handy if you attend more than one gathering.

Travelling somewhere with patchy signal? Add the ticket to your phone’s wallet ahead of time — the QR code is stored on the device and scans even fully offline.
