On your statement
Charges usually appear as the event or organizer name, sometimes alongside BrightStar. If a charge looks unfamiliar, check the confirmation email for the event name before disputing it with your bank — and feel free to message the organizer, who can confirm the order in seconds.
Card declined? It’s almost always your bank flagging an unfamiliar merchant. A quick approval with your bank, or switching to Apple/Google Pay, usually clears it right up.
